This Privacy Policy describes how any personal information collected is used when you visit www.exploringstrengthandunity.ca.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you visit the site, Google Analytics will collect certain information that we use to measure website traffic and where it is coming from. Our company does not share any of this information with any other organization, though the actual data is held and controlled by Google.

Any information submitted through our question form remains within our own organizations – this includes Columbia Valley, East Kootenay Community, Grand Forks, Heritage, Kootenay Savings, and Nelson and District Credit Union.

We do not collect or store any information from our social media platforms. We do use standard advertising and analytics tools provided by Facebook, but no information from that is stored offline, and defer all social media privacy concerns to the privacy policies of Facebook and Instagram.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
The only personal information we use, beyond measuring basic site traffic is the information site users submit through our contact form. Our goal is to reply to these questions by email or any other means specified. We will not use this information in any other way, nor will it be added to any other contact list within our organizations.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will share no information collected with any other organization. Our current website does include 3rd party software from Godaddy, Google, and JotForm. The information held within these organizations can be found on their respective privacy policies.

We may share your information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

DO NOT TRACK
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
